PAYMENTS

Payments are made in Mauritian Rupees MUR.

  • Custom orders - please refer to your personalised proposal for payment details.

  • Purchases on this website - payment is due in full at the time of purchase, either by bank transfer or Juice payment.

SHIPPING

  • Custom orders - delivery will be arranged with the client.

  • Purchases made on this website will be sent to the address provided at checkout.

    Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

    Shipping in Mauritius is done via Mauritius Post. Your order will be processed within 2 working days of it being confirmed.

    Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-5 days. When available, local pick up is added as an option for delivery at checkout.

    If your order includes an item marked ‘Preorder’, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

    If you have not received your order in time, please contact Valentine at studio@art-by-valentine.com to resolve the issue.

International shipping is not available at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

EXTENDED USE AND COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

All custom designs created by Art by Valentine are owned by Art by Valentine. This includes custom orders, illustrations, patterns, design elements.
Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Art by Valentine and may be used in the reasonable course of Art by Valentine’s business. Art by Valentine has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
